Here are some of the compositions I've written for bands around the state. These are all original compositions and the performance license is included with the purchase of the music. Please contact me with any questions you might have about these pieces. If you don't see anything here that would fit your band, I have other arrangements and compositions to choose from that are not listed here. And as always, I'm available to custom arrange anything that you think would be the best choice for your group!

Rhythm! is a grade 2 marching band halftime show that is energetic and exciting! Featuring a melodic opener, a lyrical ballad, and an upbeat closer with a one-of-a-kind drum feature, Rhythm! is sure to be a crowd pleaser! Performed at the 2009 Texas UIL State Marching Band Contest by the Colorado High School Marching Band, Darin K. Johns, director.

Caliente! is a grade 1 marching band halftime show that is thrilling yet accessible for young bands. It incorporates catchy Latin themes that the crowd will enjoy, clean writing that will impress the judges and fun lines that the students will love!

Energy! is a grade 3 marching band halftime show that incorporates themes based on three different types of energy: mechanical, chemical, and electrical. Energy! is a wild ride that takes the audience through a variety of styles and sounds and it is sure to impress! Performed at the 2009 Texas UIL State Marching Band Contest by the Ballinger High School Marching Band, Janet Wilson, director.

The Human Spirit is a grade 3 marching band halftime show. It is an inspirational and moving piece for mature bands that illustrates the inherent good that all humans possess. Every member of the band has a fun part to play!

Test Drive is a grade 2 marching band halftime show that is a unique approach to marching band music! With three completely different styles of music, your students are sure to love playing this one. There's a screaming solo in the closer that can showcase your best alto player, or it can be rewritten to accommodate any player you wish!

Color Explosion is a grade 2 marching band halftime show that paints a vivid picture in the audiences' minds. You'll hear programmatic portrayals of "Yellow," "Blue" and "Red" with a fireworks show at the end! Visually speaking, the sky is the limit, with lots of great visual and G.E. moments purposely planned!

Geometrics is a grade 2 marching band halftime show that never stops moving! This show takes the audience in several fun and unpredictable directions as it conveys different types of geometry. All of the voices in the band get the spotlight in this contemporary and playable show!

Eagle Mountain Adventure is a grade 1 marching band halftime show that has a contemporary sound , yet is accessible for young bands. If you have limited percussion instrumentation, this can be played with as little as three percussionists. And with lots of woodwind exposure, this one is sure to impress the judges!
